Sweet potatoes, chickpeas and kale in a 'mildly spicy' coconut milk-based curry.

Ingredients: PASTRY: flour, butter, water, sugar, salt, egg wash. FILLING: sweet potato, kale, chickpeas, lime juice, plum tomatoes, tomato paste, tikka paste (ground cumin, ground coriander, garlic cloves, fresh ginger, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, garam masala, salt, vegetable oil, tomato paste, thai red chilies, fresh cilandtro, coconut milk, dried chili flakes), cilantro, coocnut milk, slat, black pepper, turmeric. Contains: wheat, milk, egg.

Baking Instructions: Unbaked pie from frozen: preheat oven to 375°. Use convection setting if you have it. Remove paper from top of pie. Place pie on middle rack and bake for 50-75 minutes. Unbaked pie from fresh/thawed: preheat oven to 385°. Use convection setting if you have it. Remove paper from top of pie. Place pie on middle rack and bake for 50-75 minutes. Reheating a baked pie: preheat oven to 350°. Place on middle rack for 15-20 minutes.
