Slow braised beef, simmered in red wine and homemade beef stock with mushrooms and a mixture of sweet and white potato.
Ingredients: PASTRY: flour, butter, water, sugar, salt, egg wash. FILLING: beef, mushroom, onion, beef stock (roasted beef bones, garlic, onion, leek, carrot, spices), sweet potato, potato, red wine, tapicoa flour, salt, pepper. Contains: wheat, milk, egg.
Baking Instructions: Unbaked pie from frozen: preheat oven to 375°. Use convection setting if you have it. Remove paper from top of pie. Place pie on middle rack and bake for 50-75 minutes. Unbaked pie from fresh/thawed: preheat oven to 385°. Use convection setting if you have it. Remove paper from top of pie. Place pie on middle rack and bake for 50-75 minutes. Reheating a baked pie: preheat oven to 350°. Place on middle rack for 15-20 minutes.
