Braised lean ground beef with caramelized onions, beef stock, tomatoes and finished with Great Lakes Red Leaf lager.
Ingredients: PASTRY: flour, butter, water, sugar, salt, egg wash. FILLING: ground beef, onion, veal stock (roast veal bones, garlic, onion, leek, carrot, spices), tomato paste, beer, tapicoa flour, worcestershire sauce, pepper, salt, chili flakes, spices. Contains: wheat, milk, egg.
Baking Instructions: Unbaked pie from frozen: preheat oven to 375°. Use convection setting if you have it. Remove paper from top of pie. Place pie on middle rack and bake for 50-75 minutes. Unbaked pie from fresh/thawed: preheat oven to 385°. Use convection setting if you have it. Remove paper from top of pie. Place pie on middle rack and bake for 50-75 minutes. Reheating a baked pie: preheat oven to 350°. Place on middle rack for 15-20 minutes.
