Stush patties is a fresh inventive take on the traditional Jamaican patties focusing on quality local, farm-fresh ingredients and replacing beef suet with vegetable shortening in the pastry. The result is a nicely spiced filling, encased in a light, non-greasy pastry.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Patties are fully cooked. Use pocket thermometer for accuracy.

CONVECTION OVEN*
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place patties on a cooking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. Cook for 15 minutes from frozen / 12 minutes from thawed. Temperature of the filling must exceed 161°F. Let rest for 1 minute before serving.

CONVENTIONAL OVEN*
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place patties on a cooking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. Cook for 16 minutes from frozen / 13 minutes from thawed. Temperature of the filling must exceed 161°F. Let rest for 1 minute before serving.

THAW
To thaw, place package in refrigerator for 8 hours. DO NOT RE-FREEZE
