This mix makes delicious butterscotch cookies – they pair perfectly with milk and are a great go-to recipe for anyone with a sweet tooth.

Directions: Combine contents with 3/4 cup melted butter, 1 egg and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Mix until well combined. Next, add contents of jar and mix. Form cookie dough into 1 inch balls and place 1 inch apart on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Yield: ~20 delicious cookies.
