Uses Most of you know Tahini from dishes like Falaffel or Hummus, but in fact it is so versatile that it can be used in a wide variety of dishes, both in sweet and savory cooking. It can be used in dips, dressings, in sweets, spreads and sauces and is often used as a replacement for dairy in vegan kitchen.
