Oak Manor's stone ground whole wheat bread flour is a true whole grain flour made from hard red spring wheat. Most commercially produced "whole wheat" flour is white flour with a percentage of bran and germ added in. Oak Manor's flour will be a little coarser and have a higher bran ratio, the way nature intended it. For lighter baking, substitute some unbleached hard flour in your baking. This flour can be used in all types of baking but is ideal for breads.

Delton Reibling knew he had found something good.
In 1943 Delton found a stand of oak trees nestled in Oxford County, Ontario. Knowing it takes fertile land to grow an oak, he established Oak Manor Farms.
When his son David became a pioneer in organic farming, he too found something good – for his family, the land, and the future.
The Reiblings started up their first stone mill in 1975. All Oak Manor products are packaged without preservatives and certified by Pro-Cert Organic Systems, which meet all Canada Organic standards.
