Ingredients: gluten free whole grain oats (75%), tapioca starch, sustainable palm fruit oil, maize starch, dehydrated onion (2.5%), honey, sea salt (2%), ammonium bicarbonate. May Contain: traces of milk, peanuts, tree nuts. Not suitable if you react to Avenin-a protein in oats.
