Matute Sauce Co. Is the Brainchild of Chef Elizabeth Rivasplata , an established Peruvian - Canadian Chef based in Toronto. Her vision is to create a hot sauce that "smuggled" all the flavours of her Native Peru into a bottle and one that her Grandma Maruja Matute would be proud of.
The vision is to create a perfect everyday hot sauce to compliment a meal without overwhelming it or to experiment as a cooking ingredient with endless flavour possibilities.
