Ingredients: curry: tomato, carrot, peas, filtered water, cauliflower, french beans, green pepper, red pepper, tomato paste, mushroom, onion, half and half cream, raisins, cashew nuts, organic cane sugar, sea salt, ginger, garlic, green chili, red chili powder, cilantro, coconut, sunflower oil, citric acid, turmeric powder. rice: par boiled white rice, wild rice, filtered water and sunflower oil, sea salt. naan: organic unbleached wheat flour, filtered water, sunflower oil, yeast, sea salt, organic cane sugar, baking powder and organic apple cider vinegar. Contains: milk, cashew nuts and wheat.
Cooking Instructions: Cook from frozen. Individual ovens vary; these are guidelines only. Not recommended for toaster ovens. Microwave: Separate naan bread from the meal. Make 2 to 3 small slits in film over the curry portion for steam to escape. Microwave on high for 5-6 minutes. Tray will be hot; use caution and support when removing from microwave. Peel back film over the meal. Stir the curry and rice, let stand for 1 minute. Remove film from naan and microwave for 20-30 seconds. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C), Separate naan bread from the meal. Make 2 to 3 small slits in film over the curry portion for steam to escape. Place tray on a baking sheet and bake on middle oven rack for 20-25 minutes. Stir the rice half way through cooking time. Tray will be hot; use caution and support when removing from the oven. Peel back film over the curry portion and stir. Let stand for 1 minute. Remove film from naan and place on baking sheet and bake on middle rack for 4-5 minutes, or heat on a hot plate for 1 minute or more each side as desired.
