Inspired by Farmr's chefs of Indian heritage, this dish packs protein from the chick peas and lentils, along with a richness from the all vegan coconut milk and spices. This dish is best paired with rice or naan, but it’s so good you may want to eat it on its own.

Portion: 700g package. Serves 2 people. We recommend adding rice to make it a full meal.
Heating Instructions: For best results, heat in sauce pot with a lid. Simmer low until warm. Add water if sauce gets too thick.
Ingredients: curry sauce (tomatoes, onion, chickpeas, coconut milk, garlic, kashmiri chili, cane sugar, coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, kosher salt, cilantro, garam masala), roasted carrots (carrots, canola oil, kosher salt, black pepper), chickpeas, dal (water, red lentils, turmeric).
