STOVE: Thaw our grass-fed beef bone broth overnight in refrigerator or run container under hot water to loosen broth. Heat in a covered saucepan on medium heat and stir frequently till hot.
MICROWAVE: Heat from frozen or thawed state (container is microwave-safe). Remove lid and pierce film to allow venting. If frozen, heat at 60% power for 5 minutes, stir, then heat on high for 3 minutes or until it reaches the desired temperature. If thawed, microwave on high for 3 minutes, then let stand for 1 minute.
Caution: Container and grass-fed beef bone broth may be hot! Carefully remove container from microwave and stir thoroughly to even out heat. Time is approximate as microwave ovens vary.
