Local Delivery, In-Store Pickup and Shipping Information

We're pleased to offer our customers the convenience of ordering online with options for local delivery, free in-store pickup, or shipping/courier delivery by either Canada Post or UPS.

• Local delivery is available to households with postal codes beginning with M6H, M6N, M6P, M6R, M6S, M6X, M1C and M1G with a minimum purchase of $30.00. We charge a small delivery fee of $6.00 and delivery usually occurs on the same day or depending on the time of order, the following next day.
• In-Store pickup is free and orders can be picked up usually after 2 hours (usually sooner) at our location during current retail hours of noon - 5pm.
• For our customers not immediately in our local delivery area, we can ship using Canada Post or UPS to almost anywhere. Unfortunately, we are not currently able to ship refrigerated or frozen foods.
